Vertical Infra is a Pune-based construction company created in 2011, aiming to provide construction features and amenities to residents that enrich the home-owning experience. We are committed to attaining and providing the epitome of excellence. The name Vertical Infra suggests 'Moving Upwards', and is symbolic of our aim to be different from others in offering to the society. We aspire to create a difference in the way people live, lend meaning to the concept of owning a home, and create spaces that resonate with energy.

These individuals dreamt of creating a Pune that is as energetic as their mission, a Pune with spaces that sense the pulse of the city, that know what the city wants before they can ask for it, that understand what you need, regardless of whether you are aware of this need or not. DILIP JAIN
Mr. Dilip Jain, a chartered accountant by education, serves as the Chief Financial Advisor at Vertical Infra since its inception in 2011. He has immense knowledge and experience in the overall management and functioning of large scale projects in the real estate sector with specialisation in finance and legal aspects.
Management mantra: Build the right team with the right culture and the result will follow; True collaboration is difficult to achieve but is more than worth the effort; A strategy is only as good as its execution; Ruthlessly focus on implementation.
Inspirations: I have always been inspired by the values, dedication and strength of my grandfather Late Shri Dharamchand Tahaji Oswal, who was a ocean of lessons and each day spent under his guidance enriched my life further.
PARAG KOTWAL
After graduating as a civil engineer from the University of Pune, Parag Kotwal became co-associated with his own firm, Ankur Promoters and Builders. With his vast experience in the field of construction and development, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality and social infrastructure projects, Parag's contributions to Vertical Infra as a member of the management are invaluable. These continue to drive the organisation towards a leadership position in the real estate and construction business in Pune.
At Vertical Infra, Parag is responsible for project execution, quality assurance, technology processes, engineering, design, and the many technical aspects that are essential to the growth of this company.

VIKRAM PALESHA
A first-generation entrepreneur with a Masters in Finance, Vikram Palesha began his career by founding Onyx in 2004. Onyx is a renowned brand with a pan-India presence that encompasses the manufacture, imports and trading of hardware, modular kitchens, arch fittings, and several other products.
After the success of Onyx, Vikram forayed into the business of construction and real estate development and co-founded Vertical Infra. At Vertical Infra, you will find Vikram involved in day-to-day operations, customer relationship management, marketing, sales, design and several other essential facets that make up Vertical Infra.
